Welcome to Lingua Meeting (the "Site").

The contents and services of the Site are provided by Lingua Meeting of Houston, Texas, U.S.A. (referred to herein as "Linguameeting", "we," "us," or "our") subject to the following terms and conditions.

Description of Services.
Through this Site, we provide foreign language tutoring services which include ASpanish (the "Services"). The Services will be provided to the Students in one-on-one sessions and semi-private session (2-5). The Sessions will occur via connections through real-time communications between the Tutor and the Student. Service is implemented through an Active X control installed and run on your computer through an internet browser.

Scheduling Time.
All Sessions must be scheduled between 8:00 a.m and 7: p.m of Central Standard Time. Weekends availability depends on the tutor. Contact Lingua Meeting (+1800 436 3301) for information.

Scheduling and Re-Scheduling of Sessions.
In order to schedule your sessions, you need to contact us first and we need to check availability. If your desired time is booked, you tell us about other time preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
For Re-Scheduling: Twenty four (24) hour minimum notice must be given to reschedule a session. You cannot reschedule more than thirty percent out of every ten lessons.

Attendance.
Failing to attend the pre-schedule session shall be considered a “No Show” unless you are contact us within twenty four hours (24).

Payment of Fees.
The fees for the Services are payable in United States currency and must be paid in advance. Lingua Meeting reserves the right to adjust the rate from time to time. Payment shall be by PayPal or credit card.

Amendments.
Lingua Meeting reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You should review the Agreement as posted on this Site on a regular basis.

Cancellation.
You may terminate your tutoring sessions at anytime and Lingua Meeting will refund you the unused sessions. Only for the first week, Lingua Meeting will refund you the used and unused session.
